About Us

ACADEMERCH was born out of a simple frustration: as students involved in extracurricular activities, we wanted to rep our teams and clubs, but the options just weren't there. Our schools had general school merch, but nothing specific to the clubs and sports that meant the most to us. When we asked friends from other schools, they felt the same way.

So we decided to do something about it.

We're a group of high school students who built ACADEMERCH from the ground up. Along the way, we learned how e-commerce and dropshipping work, how to manage the financials and accounting behind a real business, and how to create custom designs using simple sketches and Adobe Illustrator. We even got our hands inky with silk screen printing. We didn't just want to sell merch; we wanted to build something real, and learn what it actually takes to run a business while doing it.

ACADEMERCH is for every student who wants to represent more than just their school. It's for the robotics team, the volleyball squad, the swim team, the chess club, the math league, and every group in between.
